Cancellation Policy

Deposits: Deposits are required to secure an appointment time slot. Deposits can be made in cash or by card. Cash deposits must be paid within 24 hours of booking the appointment or the time slot for that appointment will show as available to other customers and the appointment will be canceled. They are non-refundable, unless the stylist asks to cancel the appointment. Deposits can only be used for a rescheduled appointment if one is scheduled for an earlier time slot, not a later one. Once a customer comes to their appointment, the deposit will be subtracted from their total. Fees: There will be an inconvenience fee of $15 if an appointment is canceled within 24 hours of the appointment time. There will be a $25 no-show fee if the customer does not attend their appointment. After 3 consecutive no-shows, a customer will not be able to be seen as a client in the salon, in the future Refunds: No refunds will be issued for services rendered. A partial refund may be given at the discretion of the stylist.
