Service Description

must be booked at least 2 month before wedding day. Services included are extensions, updos, curls, wig installations, customizations, braids, and any additional hair service needs on or before your big day. Traveling outside of 10 miles will have a mileage fee. A deposit of $50 is needed before the appointment, and if date is cancelled or changed by the customer the deposit is forfeited. If styles are done in salon and the bride would like no one there, please inform your stylist and an additional fee will be added to your service.

Cancellation Policy

Deposits: Deposits are required to secure an appointment time slot. Deposits can be made in cash or by card. Cash deposits must be paid within 24 hours of booking the appointment or the time slot for that appointment will show as available to other customers and the appointment will be canceled. They are non-refundable, unless the stylist asks to cancel the appointment. Deposits can only be used for a rescheduled appointment if one is scheduled for an earlier time slot, not a later one. Once a customer comes to their appointment, the deposit will be subtracted from their total. Fees: There will be an inconvenience fee of $15 if an appointment is canceled within 24 hours of the appointment time. No-show appointments are not permitted. Any client who fails to arrive for a scheduled appointment without prior notice will no longer be eligible to book future services. Refunds: No refunds will be issued for services rendered. A partial refund may be given at the discretion of the stylist.
